The anaerobic threshold values did not differ between the groups, whereas the lactate concentrations values were significantly lower (p < 0.05) in the ALD group compared to other groups. In addition, the ALD group had higher time to exhaustion (p < 0.05) compared to the ALP and RAP groups (Table 4).
